Introducing Myself

MorningDanceTrece profile image

Hello 👋🏻I've been in and out of recovery for Alcohol / Substance Use Disorder, tobacco & nicotine replacement aid addiction, and disordered eating for over 36 years.

Things are currently pretty much under control and in a good place but I still could use more support and possibly buddies who are walking a similar path.

I've been a member of Health Unlocked for a couple few months now and just discovered that this section exists so I joined.

Hoping everyone has a blessed and peaceful day,

MorningDance 🧡🕊️🎻

Good morning, glad you are on an even keel. I am of a similar age and am also doing ok at the moment. It's important to have connection and be able to reach out to others. Real life sober people seem fairly elusive so online communities are the way to go x
