AF life update

Really hope everyone is doing well and moving slowly towards an AF existence.

My experiment continues 92 days in and whilst the little booze devil has attempted to catch me I’m sticking to my guns.

Feeling better mentally and do not miss the unpleasantness following what was the usual over indulgence,I’m actually liking the range of zero alcohol lagers. Interestingly colleagues and friends have been telling me how well I look which is nice , I’m definitely less bloated .

Whilst the journey is not easy taking it one day at a time is the best approach and letting family know that their support is required. Have to say It’s quite funny when I’m out seeing people constantly trying to force me to drink alcohol when I say I’d like a coke !

Excellent! 3 months in - I lost 20 lbs! Yeah - people need the assurance that THEIR drinking is OK - so they get that assurance if YOU cave-in. Be bold - resist!

Wow!! 🤩 92 days Well done!! I’m on 29 days and isn’t life just so much better without alcohol. It’s just crazy why we still at times crave for a drink when we know the misery it will bring 🤷‍♀️

Stay strong 💪

😊
