Different strokes and stroke association are the only two I know about but if you contact them they will tell you about local groups available and they may have online chat roms

I had a stroke at 33, am 61 now..hope you find support

Do u have to take statins for the rest of your life? I’m asking because my son 35 has a stroke last year and this is what the doctor or him on. I’ve read allot of people that take statins have unwanted side effects.

Morning,As I usually write here, the headway section of health unlocked is a much more active forum than this one and deal with stroke survivors.

Headway charity were also brilliant with me when I suffered a stroke in 2014.
