it is safe only upto few cups of tea/coffee. it is not a supplement of sugar.be careful

sir, i have read on various web they all says that stevia is a natural sweetener and it is not harmful, please let me know what i have to take care on this and what are the adverse effects. Thank you.

Stevia is a natural sweetener and Stevia powder is a extraction of stevia leaves.

avoid sweeteners; I recd. feedback that they damage nerves in the long run. I gave up sweeteners since past one month; else I took lots of sugar-free ice-creams in different flavors. try, try and resist sugar-free foods.
