Eat in moderation.Do not eat full stomach.Eat a variety of foods particularly vegetables,greens,nuts and foods having plenty of fiber.Eat more number but smaller meals.Avoid highly sweet foods like mithai,fruits like mango,chikku etc.The principle is do not consume more than you are spending in terms of calories.Watch your weight.Bring it down to safe levels.
