I am having blood-sugar values : in BSF: 114 and BSPP; 174 range. I am on Glimestar-1Mg. 1tab.

Please, I am not a doctor. While continuing with the medicine prescribed for me, I am taking nutrition supplements with very good results. God willing, medicine dependence will reduce if not eliminated altogether. All medicines mask the problem i.e. do not enhance the quality of insulin whereas this is possible with nutrition supplements.

There is no such comparisn. Your doctor gives you them according to the level of diabetes you have. Don't make out choices of your self in selecting drug generics.
