yes, FBS at 150 range is in higher side. Please control it by exercise besides drugs.

It varies from person to person. In an aged person the safe limit is below 125 fasting and 175 couple of hours after food.

Can u be more specific ? When does one fall in 'the aged' catagory ? I am 57 years old. What should be my limits for the next 20 years ?
