Please consult the doctor. when i was diagnosed 3 yrs back my random sugar was 480 which was detected in blood donation camp. I am 60+ and my sugar level is normal.It happened by diet control,brisk walking in the morning/evening for atleast 45 minutes daily & Both Desi/ Allopathic medicine
