Present issues

I am diabetic for ~10 years and is under medication. My HbAlc is ~6 now and all parameters are under control. I did the foot test also recently and no issues. But I have pain in the foot and using dia chapal both inside outside house. Now I am loosing weight and always feel hungry and tired.

What should I do?

Eat less, but more frequently. Eat chapathis with lots of vegetables and have a bowl of day old curds and avoid rice. I have answered another person's query on neuropathy. Pl. see the same..
