, so my doc wanted to shift me to insulin ,but i started with my gym regularly 5 days in a week plus evening walks 30 min, and more control on my diet and reduced my sugar ff 100 and pp 125 , i was 60 kg but now my wt is 56 kg i am 5-7 ht , i want to gain another 3-4 kgs, can anyone suggest me ways to increase weight , without increasing my sugar lvlvs.
