When you take right food, no supplement is needed. When you fail to take right food, supplements won't help.

Only when you want to"show-up" to the world, you may take these.

It is only the marketing that make these Brands float. Such browse the ingredients mentioned in the products and look for benefits.

Mothers expect their children to eat well and be healthy, but they do not eat at all; fearing they (mothers) will put-on weight. The advise is for others and not for self.

Herbalife products are good for weight loss and gain process. There is no link between Herbalife products and diabetes. I have used Herbalife products but still I am a diabetic.

Herbalife is a big failure product. any synthetic food forces body to misbehave.

HERBALIFE IS GOOD FOR SELLING TO OTHER GUYS.NOT FOR YOUR USE.

Reduce carbohydrate intake,use jowar roti,do exercise

weight will come down.
