Is bittergourd juice good for controling diabetes ? which are the other type of juices I can drink?

What I have heard is that bitter gourd juice makes your tongue immune to sugar so you stop enjoying sweet things. There is no CURE for diabetes in ayurved. 2-3 drugs like gudmaar and stevia are either substitutes or sugar lowering drugs. the ayurvedic drugs for diabetes which are advertised sometimes contain heavy allopathic doses of sugar lowering drugs. Not trustworthy.
