Why no milk products?? I take toned milk every morning and found no adverse effects.
I fully agree withAtulya. Further like to add, any qty requirement of any ingradients vary person to person due to different life-styles & one has to try & conclude their own intake. It ca't be generlised.

any food or medicine may not give the same result to every one
this depends on body nature,food habits,family history etc.,
so one has to observe his body nature and he is only the best doctor for himself
take advices from doctors as well as from others and finally make his own chart of food
excess of any thing is as bad as less
sudden switching over from one food structure to another is not good
thats why many a doctors try from lower doses to higher
