Hi Raj, Please go for a combination of Allopathy and Ayurveda. Mix wheat grass powder in water and drink on empty stomach. You can also pop two tablets of TRIPHALA CHURNA every day.. If you are young go for jogging 2-3km daily. Dont neglect taking allopathy medicines. This bloody disease if neglected affects every damn organ in the body.
