Egg consist protine and fat. you should avoid to eat eggs. some times you can enjoy boiled egg with out yellow portion. yolk has much more fat..
Egg is not a treatment for diabetes.It is a good item of food if taken moderately.The yellow portion may contribute to enhanced cholestrol levels and therefore be cautious about that
