Stevia is a plant having sweet leaf. You can not consume a lot of leaves,

reduce carbohydrate. The taste is exactly not like sugar or sugar product

Medicine in any form is bitter in taste .

If controlling some thing we consume bitter

guard juice , regularly , then why not stevia

product , which has no side effect and free of

carbohydrate.

Stevia is a plant with sweetness in it. It is being cultivated all over India and being sold to the Pharma industries for making a sugar free powder and tablets. so far any one recommending it to diabetic to chew the leaves of this plant has not come to notice.

my intention is not to reduce sugar level by chewing leaves but use as replacement for white sugar anyway thanks for reply

Hi Sumistry,

I will suggest use Stevia Leaves Powder or Stevia Leaves only rather than using Stevia Extract Powder or any form of Tablets.

Because Extract has different forms one is Glycosyl which has little bitter taste and another one which is Reb- A which has Sweet taste... So whenever you are ordering Tablets or Extract Powder Kindly check which Powder they are selling,

My opinion is best way you go for 100% organic Leaves or Leaves Powder it is always safe & good for your health.
