I am on tablelts for the last 7 years and am tired of it. Often I get so disgusted that I do not feel like taking these pills at all for BP and diabetic. I am required to take about 17 tablets a day. Pleae help me have it reduced to the minimum

17 tablets a day? That is too much and can have seriouis effect on your health. Contact a good physician and reschedule your tablets (dose, frequency etc). By having one doctor who has a complete picture about your health is the ideal situation. When we go to many doctors, each of them prescribe a regimen, which may interact with each other and cause harm. A complete medical checkup of all parameters and reassessment of your health is a good idea. Wishing you well.

I have but only one doctor and he has been prescribing my medicines for the past 5 years

In facts i woud want to go in for some good ayurvedic or homeopathic medicines which do not have side effects.
