my wife having sugar in urine ++ pls advice 1962 born

she is getting pain in joints,foot,ankle eating less rice,sugar free tea,no potatoes using tiger balm to get relief having tablet such as glucored forte 500&850mg pyoget 30mg ,sugar in blood after lunch 218 reading. doing yoga etc

Try Metformin 850 twice daily +Gliclazide 80 mg twice daily and Galvus 50 once daily all before meals.Also have voglibose 0.2 mg at night meals. Contyinue for 30 days and report in these columns But rercourse the medicines to lesser level after controlling it to normal level.Never stop once you reach the desired level . Diabetes is life l;ong problem and should be managed life long.
