plz suggest medicine for polyurea with sugar

Hey!! discuss every thing in these columns.You are not a doctor to treat sugar , neither, I know you are a tout to have telephonic discussions and parcel them with your dump for making out money. Sir U r correct. Fasting 169.2 & Post-prandial 257.5 Previously it was 138.4 & 170.1

6 months ago. I am taking Semi Reclimet twice perday.Iwill control it within 15 days.

Respected Sir I am not a Doctor.I am 70 yrs of age.I know something about homeopathy.I did not offer any treatment to anyone.Instead i myself wanted to know some medicine for polyurea from which i am suffering these days.You totally mistook me. I am diabetic since last 29 years. With regards.
