My blodd sugar level varies from PP 114-170 and PP 135-234 during my monthly check up, I have been continuously asked to take AMARYL-M, and Cetapin 500, morning and night after food, this being continued for nearly a year without change. Is it not necessary that the medicines need to be changed along with the monthly glucose level by the doctors?

I suggest you cut to a lower carbohydrate diet and limit your diet to make a total calorie count of 1400 to 1600 cals per day. This reduces the BS but you must keep qood quality lozenges viz Eclairs at hand 24 hours to overcome the plummeting BS level. Please keep your House Physician in the chain of contacts
