i am having sugar from last 8 years.and taking glycomate 500 both time meals.my regular check up of hba1c is less than 6

i have got glocometer and my fasting is 80 to 90 and after meals in noon is 160 to 170. i feel i am in position to reduce the medicine.but unable to select food type.can any body advice me on this

Mr, Kulkarni, huge congratulations for exhibiting this strict control. You can be an inspiration for many of us. Did u check for co-morbidity risk (e.g. kidneys, eyes and neuropathic profiles)? I think you should construct your diet accordingly.

Also, please share the best practices/routine you follow to achieve this level of control. Regards.

will pl explain about tests i shall do it as soon as get some more details from docter.when i started getting indications of uneasyness i left the job and changed my lifestyle.i am very pefectly knowing my body.responce. . i am an engg and presently doing teaching so while teaching biology i learned many things about the body m/c and understood many things.ilisten to rambaba for getting information .
