My insulin novomix30 increased abnormally after coming to usa to bring bloodsugar under control?

Here the insulin intake increased more than double compared to India .i came in Oct 2012 and till blood sugar level is not normal..here doctor says no harm in taking more insulin..I am weak also nowadays...please advice...we will be bak in India by march 203

In USA, no body walks on the road. You will travel all places by car. More over fruits and vegetables are more sweeter than the vegetables produced in India. You consume more partially processed foods purchased from the supermarkets. Semi-proessed foods contains more calories.
