Sir according to me, might you r using a tablet like monotrate or vasotrate tablets. generally cardiologists prescribes these tablets for the heart patients to prevent further strokes. please ask your doctor to change the monotrate to some other suitable tablet like angispan TR then the headache will be under control day by day and further within 10 days you will not experience the headache.

I am a diabetic for the last 21 years. I had a triple by-pass in March 2010.. I used to take 104 units of h, mixard a day + glyciphage SR 1.5 gm,Janumet 50mg/500, + heart medicines.Still my sugar used to be around 130 fasting and post meal around 200 - 300..

Since 40 days I am strictly following LCHF..The results are atonishing. Now the sugar level has come to normal 97-110 fasting and around 130 2 hours after meals. I am still continue with the medicines but gradually reducing the dosage. My weight has reduced 4.5 kg. I walk 30 minutes using a thread Mill I feel much energetic now.More detail can be given if required. Thanks to LCHF and your service....

I shall be obliged if you could brief me with your LCHF diet as my sugar levels are high inspite of insulin intake coupled with oral diabetic drugs.I cannot walk more because I have peripheral vasvcular diseas.Underwent bye pass surgery in 2012.I am 61 years old.

I regulary took ecosprin 150 tab daily. during 2012 some days I felt some irritation in my eyes, I checked my eyes, they said my eyes are normal, ent Dr also can't find any difference . all of a sudden I had a severe headache, one day, slowely I lost my concious level.Then only the drs find that I am suffering from SUB DURO HEAMERRAGE . ie.blood was oozing out in my brain.Then i had the opperation,now I am Ok. Pl bro, don't be panic just i am writting this for your information.

you can try Aloevera with some food supplement which can help you to maintain the sugar level with increased immunity stamina and strength a time might come when your dr.will ask you reduce the dose of insulin and if you continue aloevera as suggested you might not have to take any medicine.
