4 Marie biscuits = ½ cup oats
2 rusks = 3 cups pop corns
2 rusks = ½ cu of pasta or noodles
1 slice of bread = 1 chapatti 6 inches
1 slice of bread = 1 Idly
To me above example is an eye opener, tea time biscuits or rusks or read with butter and jam!!
