It appears that reducing blood glucose level very quickly can cause kidney problems!! an article in diabetes.co.uk discuss this.

We do not want to go from one problem to another problem, do we?

Maintaining an appropriate level of Glucose sounds better than Reducing.

I looked at DIP ( Disciplined and Intelligent People) in Google. It talks abut plate 1, weight of food in g and plate 2 weight od food in g.

For it this method is difficult to achieve because of one big meal a day.

People can cut out a number of things in daily food and drinks.

Only time will tell with DIP and VIP diet.
