How to controle diabities, BP and other disease withot medicine and diet controle

I am also a diabitic from last 15 yrs. Now following its technique from last one month, no diet controle except avoiding white sugar and my sugr level is under controle.May be within few months I will stop taking medicine.

A few basic concepts are explained below:

Contamination of the blood is the root cause for all diseases.

By cleansing the impurities of the blood all diseases will be cured.

By regulating the food, drinking water, breathing air, sleep and work or physical activity the blood can be purified.

By regulating the food 50% of the diseases can be cured.

Together with regulating the food, regulating the drinking water, sleep, physical activity, and the breathing air, the permanent cure can be maintained.

1. We should do a prayer before we start eating the food.

2. We should not eat when we are not hungry. We should eat only when we are hungry.

3. Our food should contain all the six tastes. We should start by eating the sweet taste.

4. We should swallow the food only after fully enjoying its taste using our tongue.

5. We should chew the food till the tongue stops enjoying all the six tastes.

6. When we eat the food, we should close our eyes, chew the food without opening our lips till the food becomes a paste and then swallow it.

7.We should not drink water for half an hour before we start eating our food.

8. We should not drink water while eating food.

9.We should not drink water for half an hour after we finish eating our food.

10. Just before we start eating our food and just after we finish eating our food, we should drink a little water by sucking it from our palm.

11. We should eat our food only after a gap of 45 minutes after we finish taking bath or shower.

12. We should not take bath or shower for a period of two and half hours after we finish eating the food.

13.Before we start eating food, we should clean our hands, legs and face.

14.We should not watch television while we eat our food.

15.We should not keep talking while we eat our food.

16.We should not keep our legs hanging while we eat our food.

17. Mother should not sit and eat her food along with her children.

18.We should not keep reading any book while we eat our food.

19.We should stop eating after we get the first belching. But we should eat again when we feel hungry.

20.As far as possible, we should eat food prepared by those who have concern for us.

21.All patients including sugar (diabetes) patients can eat all sweets, fruits and all the food liked by them liberally the moment they complete the treatment. (White sugar should to be avoided).

22. While eating we should focus our attention only on the food. We should not think about our business, family, etc. while eating the food.

23.Those not having teeth should make the food into a paste using grinder, mixer, etc. and then eat it.

24. Home-cooked food is better than hotel-cooked food. Food cooked with love and affection is the best.


25.We should not boil the water and then drink it.

26.When we feel thirst, we should immediately drink sufficient quantity of water to quench our thirst.

27.We should not use mineral water sold in bottles.

28.We should not filter the water using water filter or water purifier.

29.We can keep water in an earthen pot for two hours and then use it.

30. We should not drink water when we are not feeling thirsty.

31.We should drink water immediately after we pass urine.

32.We should not drink water pouring it into our mouth from above. We should drink water by slowly sipping it little by little.

33.We can filter the water using a cotton cloth and then drink it.

34.We can put a banana skin, copper coin or copper plate inside the water for half an hour and then drink the water.

35.We should clean our drinking water tank frequently.

36. There is no prescribed quantity of water that we have to compulsorily drink every day.

3. AIR

37. We should not use mosquito coil, mosquito repellent liquid, mosquito mat, etc.

38.There should be good air ventilation at all places such as our home, office, factory, bed room, etc, at all times.

39.We should not keep all the windows closed in our bed room when we sleep.

40.We can use mosquito net to avoid mosquitoes biting us.

41. Air ventilation in the places where we live should be such that good air can come in and bad air can go out for all the 24 hours of the day.


42. We should not lie down to sleep with our head in the north direction.

43.We should not drink tea and coffee.

44.We should not lie down on barren floor.

45.Those who do physical work should sleep for at least 6 hours every day.

46.Those who give work to their mind and brain should take rest for at least 6 hours every day.

47.We should know the difference between sleep and rest.

48.If we brush our teeth before going to bed, we will get good sleep.

49.If we massage the area below our jaw, we will get good sleep.

50.If we massage between the crown of our head and the top of the head, we will get good sleep.


51. We should eat only when we feel hungry.

52.We should keep the temperature level of the air conditioning unit as 37 degree centigrade which is the temperature of our body.

53.We should eat according to the quantity of work we do or we should do work according to the amount of food we eat.

54.We should give work to all the joints in our body every day.

55.Our heart helps in making our blood flow. But, only our physical work will make our lymph flow. Lymph flow will not be all right for those who do not do sufficient physical work. This is the cause of many diseases.

Wow! Arvind Ji, sounds good and worth trying out, but are all these really possible? What is your experience? For example, do you drink water from a normal source without using any water filter? Seen the website also where there is also a mention of watching healer's video for 4 hours with full concentration.




What magic wand is this' listen for 4 hours and the treatment is over'. Or is this another subtle sales mimic ?


All carbohydrate is turned to glucose in the body. Avoiding white sugar is not enough.


Hello Arvindji, Sweets too contain sugar which is to be avoided. So it is a contradiction when you say you avoid sugar but eat sweets. Yes I agree that sensible lifestyle changes can lead to good health without medications. But monitoring regularly is always advisable. Good health friend. Thank you for the interesting article. In which manner I would thanks to you don't know but certainly you are only the member in this forum is real well wisher to all diabetic minded fellows.

My heartiest request do not mail this book to any one by misusing your positive valuable time rather than reading further and suggest in this forum as you have started.

All lazy people are diabetic minded, when you have mention clear web site link any one can easily download it freely and read it, but 90% of diabetic fellows follow in their mind allapathic medicine dependent culture so they just need instant solution without effort so every one is asking mail this book to them but I am certainly sure 70% of thse fellow sufferrers will not be able to read this book as they don't have passion.

Everone coming here in thouch through net and computer.



Had gone thro the pdf, just a week earlier, before reading your post and I tend to agree with you, that the lifestyle changes advocated in it, should definitely bring about a positive change in health.

The author has presented our old way of living life, which we have slowly given up & shifted to a modern way of life.

Apart from the sugar, I do believe, even if he has not mentioned it ( might have missed it ), one should try to avoid processed (packaged food) as well.

I myself had started taking baby steps along the same direction, but it's early days for me to tell, about its effect on diabetes control.

But, I am confident that it will definitely be helpful in all aspects of positive health.

If possible, would request you to post about how your diabetes has come under control with a few statistics & what all changes you have incorporated from the list, that you have posted.
