BROWN COLOR MARK ON LEG AFTER HEALING.

I need some suggestions, from last 2 years I found that if I get any cut on my leg or get a small injury after couple of days it gets heal but after that, it gets a brown color mark. and I got a few now. how to remove that mark. and why it happens. I got diabetes 13 years ago but these things started like 2 years ago. i had hep c with cirrhosis but it has been cleared now after taking the medicine and my liver is very healing very well.
