Sir,

Both turmeric "Turmeric powder and pepper powder" are good for health benefit.

In UK, some Asian doctors do drink milk with organic Turmeric powder, we can also buy Turmeric in tablet form, very expensive.

WE use pure pepper corn different colours in cooking.

Take care.

I take lemon and ginger tea on empty stomach, and also I take porridge with Turmeric powder and fenugreek powder for breakfast. I have tried Turmeric pill by as I said it is expensive. A relation in Canada gave hid grand child milk with Turmeric from early days as her mother passed away at her child birth!!, Her grand father always say she is healthy and have not had any antibiotic, today she is a young lady, an Indian classical dancer and working in medical field, 25 now. Here is the proof on turmeric powder..

Have you talked to your doctor about the different two powders and adding milk? When was your last appointment?

Dear Medico,

As Activity 2004 has suggested, before experimenting you should talk to your doctor first.

Based on my own experience with Milk with turmeric and peeper pdr, I am too a diabetic and using this formula before going to bed for sleep for several years.

This has helped me in getting sound sleep, also good bs control and protection against cough and cold.

However when taken in empty stomach it disturbs the digestion.

This information is based on my own experience and may differ from person to person.

Thanks

I have been advised by my Ayurvedic doctor to take similar preparation to boost immunity against covid19 and I am regularly taking it but not in empty stomach but after half an hour after breakfast Iwas also advised not to use turmeric in excessive doses as it may have some adverse effect.Anyway anything in excess is always bad

Please Google Melmaruvathur AMMA temple. There is always video clips on how to prepare local leaves as medication to fight against COVID -19. I am sorry most of them are in Tamil language, but you can understand by looking.!
