Is metaphormin doze interchangable with galvus(vildagliptin) /jardiace(empaglifiozin) i mean to ask these are not stronger dozes as compared to metaformin.

All the three medicines as mentioned by you are totally different... for 3 different type of Diabetic condition...

Metformin is an insulin sensitiser....it does not act in pancreas to produce insulin...

Galvus acts on Pancreas to produce insulin...

Jardiace(empaglifiozin) is a sodium Glucose co transporter ( SGLT 2) inhibitor which acts on kidney in such a way that it clears blood Glucose through urine...
