can the type 2 diabetes curable as my fasting blood sugar level is 149? four days back it was shown fastingf reading as 92 and another day it was 106 and next day it was 130 and other day it was 126 . cant decide whether i have type 2 diabates or not . but as per the posts i have observed that i need to reduce weight as it was 115.....

You seem to be D but confirm with ppbs and hba1c reports.

D is not curable but reversible with IDM. You Have To do diet management lifelong

LCHF hypocaloric diet along with intermittent fasting is the way. Exercise is great booster to mitochondrial health, do it regularly. Medicines don't cure us in any way.
