I m diabetic since 7 years.Last 2years my sugar under control fs 100 t0 120 and pp 160 to 180. I take Taniva m before breakfast and Glycomet sr 500 at night.

Recently I have noticed that if I test my sugar early morning (5am to 7:30am), my sugar is 135 to 150. Why is this? Will it effect my body?

nita123 ,

There might be two reasons . 1) Dawn Phenomenon 2) Somogyi Effect. There are lots of postings in the forum on these two topics. Please search for the same.
