My PBBS is 81. How do I bring it down to normal?

I hardly had one idly and chatni before PBBS test.

Good Morning, thanks for the tip, however at 8.30 am had one idli sambar, 1/4 vada sambar & a normal strong coffee, and getting PPBS tested around 10.15 Regards

Your pppbs is absolutely normal It can go upto 16mgm ppbs

Do you mean PPBS (Postprandial blood sugar)?

PPBS (2 hours after consuming food) should be less than 140 mg/dL. Your PPBS is normal.

it is not normal unless it is a lab error. this low level of ppbs leaves you practically exhausted with no energy for work.such a tight control of sugar is neither necessary nor called for a healthy feeling in a diabetic.
