Simple answer is to Google potassium, quit all food with high potassium for a while to reduce potassium! Most people get high potassium from banana.
Hi ALOPAULA ,
Have you consulted your doctor about changes to your diet? Are you on blood pressure medication? If you're blood pressure is high even with medication, you may have to ask the doctor if you need to raise the dose. If the medication is lowering the blood pressure too much, then they may have to lower the amount you're on for right now. We don't want anyone getting sick or worse.
ALOPAULA ,
It requires some more analysis from your side. How does potassium get processed?
Please read more from the link below.

Per the link above,
Consequences of Too Much or Too Little Potassium
Excess blood potassium mostly occurs when the body cannot remove the mineral through urine. Therefore, it mostly affects people with poor kidney function or chronic kidney disease
SUMMARY:
Potassium deficiencies or excess rarely occur through the diet.
I would suggest you to do some kidney tests (if you have not done that).
1) Please do a test called ACR ( Albumin creatinine ratio) . If it is with in 30, you do not need to take action.
2) If ACR is more than 30, you need to take action. It is the first sign of kidney failure. Please consult a Nephrologist immediately
Your potassium level is slightly above normal and at present, there is no cause for too much worry. At present, you can continue to eat tomatoes and spinach because the actual amount of potassium depends on the serving that you eat. So if you limit to small quantities, the actual amount may be just what is required.
Also, check if you are taking any diuretics which can cause retention of potassium. For example, dytor plus is a diuretic which is used for retaining potassium so that potassium level remains optimal. If you are using any other diuretic, study it's characteristics and see if it is designed to retain potassium. If you reduce the dose of this diuretic, then potassium level will come to normal.
Also, if you use an app such as " My fitness pal" and feed the data of what you eat, you will notice that the amount of potassium that you eat is actually less than the daily requirement even if you eat tomatoes, oranges and spinach on different days.
If you do an ACR test ( ratio of microalbumin to creatinine) , if it is below 30, you are healthy, if it is between 30-300 mg/ g, it is microalbuminuria and if it is above, 300 it is macroalbuminuria. In any case, it is better to consult a consulting physician who will direct you to a nephrologist if necessary.
You need check every veg of 100 for potassium.
Example:
100g of spinach has 558mg of potassium.
100g of banana has 358mg of potassium.
100g of tomato has 237mg of potassium.
Daily intake can be 3500 to 4700 mg!!
May be one can work out the necessary amount.
