The Daily Mail has published on "Eat to beat diabetes" articles before and there is a ne one stated this week!, at the end of it all as always book sale information.

There is no mention of any Asian veg or species!, many Asian veg and species do help diabetic people. The information in the article can help every one.

Eating apples might not be a good option for a diabetic subject. It was tested by ShooterGeorge earlier and documented in his blog as well.

"Fruit is incredibly filling. Most people will feel satisfied after eating one large apple, which contains 23 grams of sugar, 13 of which are fructose (4). ... While eating large amounts of added sugar is harmful to most people, the same does not apply to fruit."

We tend to stick to one or two fruit we like, yes I agree some fruits do have more sugar.
