Sir, Thank you for all your answers. Continue with what you are doing and enjoy life. Blood test numbers do very as we get older therefore it is difficult even for doctors to give you an answer on any blood test results, blood pressure, blood cholesterol and blood glucose.

Relax, enjoy life with your family.

Random test result is good, particularly at your age.Why don't you share your experiences for the benefit of others.

Random test is taken without reference to time of taking food or duration of fasting.Acceptable range is below 160.

Possibly you are ñot Type2 or 1 diabetic, for people like me who is Ty2D for nearly 31 long yrs keeping / maintaing fasting sugar levels below 150 and PP below 180 with lantus 20 unit / every night and tablets + Zerbose and other tabs twice daily it self is a struggle. Keep eating and doing physical activities as you are doing now regularly. God bless you sir.

In my opinion random test is uncertain, useless and confusing, every test taken just after eating high carb or 6 hours after eating very low carb can be called random test (we have to fast at least 8 hours to be called fbs) different time and menu will definitely give different result

so if you want to know your "worst condition" meaning the highest point of your blood sugar, you'd better test it 30-60 minutes after you eat what you usually eat, that is your daily menu.

And your best condition, what is supposed to be your lowest blood sugar level is after you fast for at least 8 hours, 10-12 would be better

Sir do not worry about these numbers. Though it does not clear the picture but not look problematic. Just take some care. Try to do or continue activity like morning walk, eat at lesser number of times in a day, avoid sugar and processed food and enjoy your life.
