Well, the best way for you is to cut out all "SUGAR", eat small portions of fresh veg and fruits. Regular exercise. Always read how much sugar in the food and drinks you are taking. Delay medication. Life style change can help you.

Hi Pranam,

A lack of motivation in controlling blood sugar levels can negatively affect your health physically and emotionally. It doesn't matter how old or young those people or how long they have been living with diabetes. Some diabetics can control well their BSL since day 1 of diagnosis while some may find very hard to keep healthy levels even though they have been diabetic for 2-3 decades. No matter how do people control their BSL either with purely healthy lifestyle or with medication, it is YOU and ME who will or will not keep sugar levels in control. This requires patience, self-control, knowledge + understanding of this health issue. Each diabetic is unique in metabolism and physical + mental health conditions but we still can learn from each other and support one another. Modification of lifestyle and willingness to achieve your BSL goal is key. Best of luck 😃

Hi pranam786,

I hope will be fine.Do not worry , I have diabetes since when I was 32 years old.No my age is 55.

I have very good control on diabetes but gradually gradually medicines were increased. I didn't worry but I focused my eyes 👀 on HBA1C and everyday blood sugar testing. My HBA1C remain in between 6.5 and 7.

How is your health.when did your diabetes start?

And what is your HBA1C?
