Please consult your doctor before you try the wheat. Any change to a diet or medication needs to be consulted first with a doctor to be on the safe side.
Thanks Activity2004 I'm not on any kind of medication. So i'm going to simply try this one and keep every one posted on the effect of this wheat on my BS levels.
But compared to Paigambari Wheat the result of Emmer Wheat is very good and I am very anxious to know you have preferred Paigambari Wheat instead of Emmer Wheat.
I found Emmer wheat work comparatively better than Paigambari for me.Also, getting Paigambari is a daunting task. So, as of now, i'm happy with Organic Emmer Wheat.
Has your doctor suggested that you start eating/using Paigambri? Please consult your doctor to be sure that you can safely use it without any side effects. No one wants anyone getting sick or worse from using new food/medication.ππ
