I am outside india and recently recieved visa. I have plans to come to Delhi so directly go to see the doctor for a checkup.

I asked because diabetes is a condition you have to manage yourself. Learn about diabetes and your diabetes. There has to be lab(s) in your own country which have facilities for basic Diabetes investigations/tests.
