Rapid weight loss is never good. Shoot for 5lbs weight loss per month. Interval training is a good way to speed up metabolism. For the rest, just eat clean. Have an ultrasound of the liver once a year. If fatty liver exists, lose weight till it resolves.

Taking a 15 kg dumbbell and a stopwatch, do 6 snatches per 15 seconds with right hand. Rest 15 seconds. Do the same with left. So, you have 12 snatches per minute. Continue this for at least 15 minutes straight. The final goal should be 40 minutes of this workout.
Walk, jog, do ground exercises, sweat it out.
The ideal way is to increase fiber & proteins reduce carbohydrates. Fiber is high in all vegetables. Proteins are your lentils(dals) and lean meats and carbs are roti , rice , bread etc. You need only 20% carbs in your whole day so reduce your carb intake. Eat more dal and salads.
But be careful about the chemicals sprayed on fruits and vegetables and take extra care in washing with salt water . Instead of raw vegetables used in salads go for cooked vegetables to avoid the over lacing of chemical toxins , though some nutrients are lost in cooking.
