Please share your views about Ketogenic diet in diabetes. Is anyone following this diet? can we follow this diet in Diabeties?

The only drawback is the Indian reliance on carbohydrate which is the very reason there is a such a huge prevalence of T2 diabetes on the sub continent.

As a human being here is no need whatsoever to consume a single gram of carbohydrate, so going ketogenic is fine.
