Have you tried LCHF?

Try to live without tension Take any matter as not seriously avoid excess of food consuming. for diabetic prescribed drugs may take time to time. Do some small physical activity as your convenient .

Mental health relates with blood circulation If Blood circulation was not properly and if it avoided to circulate in any matter then Blood sugar raises If u take any matter with seriously then your Blood pressure high so u get HBP?

So try to live without tension in healthy way Enjoy life whatever source u have obtained Do not think much more

it may be difficult to follow but try to follow as much as possible then mental stress reduces mental health set right

I observe that some people in the forum oppose LCHF without giving proper justification. Why are they allergic to it?
