You have to learn certain basic facts about D.
1) it's not a disease. So no drug can treat it. Drugs may not be harmful by themselves but since they fail to control bs there is harm from putting trust on drugs.
2) diabetes can be control almost only by idm, lchf keto range diet.Exercise, yoga, meditation etc have very limited if any role.
I'd recommend not to waste time on drugs. Rather concentrate on diet,what to eat, how to eat and idm.
it is safe an also mostly ineffective
