Very Very important first stop worries for any reason what ever you have! dont sleep in day time food habit should be good. take more fiber and proteins take good fats(curd,ghee,almonds, wallnuts) drink plenty of water go for walk or do exercise after half hour of taking food, dont eat sugar and sugar contents. eat wheat ,barley, ragi, oats,eat plenty of green leaves eat cabbage, navil kos(kannada word) try giloy ras(amrutha balli rasa in kannada) take 10ml morning and evenig everyday this is available in ayurvedic medicine shops try this for one month and see the result please inform me about the result best of luck

Cholesterol is finally officially removed from Naughty List
The US government has finally accepted that cholesterol is not a 'nutrient of concern', doing a U-turn on their warnings to us to stay away from high-cholesterol foods since the 1970s to avoid heart disease and clogged arteries.
This means eggs, butter, full-fat dairy products, nuts, coconut oil and meat have now been classified as "safe" and have been officially removed from the "nutrients of concern" list.
The US Department of Agriculture, which is responsible for updating the guidelines every five years, stated in its findings for 2015: "Previously, the Dietary Guidelines for Americans recommended that cholesterol intake be limited to no more than 300 mg/day.
"The 2015 DGAC will not bring forward this recommendation because available evidence shows no appreciable relationship between consumption of dietary cholesterol and serum (blood) cholesterol, consistent with the AHA/ACC (American Heart Association / American College of Cardiology)
The Dietary Guidelines Advisory Committee will, in response, no longer warn people against eating high-cholesterol foods and will instead focus on sugar as the main substance of dietary concern.
US cardiologist Dr Steven Nissen said: "It's the right decision. We got the dietary guidelines wrong. They've been wrong for decades."
"When we eat more foods rich in this compound, our bodies make less. If we deprive ourselves of foods high in cholesterol - such as eggs, butter, and liver - our body revs up .

Now the researchers are telling that sfa is not responsible for cvd. Yes. They have now taken u turn on sfa and articles regarding sfa not linked to the cvd have started appearing in medical journals
I can see you are working hard to make sugars low... And you are working fine keep up..
But let me tell you something.. You need to focus on chewing the food more than 32 times and after eating food walk for More let's say 100- 200 steps for starters and later on increase it to 500. everytime you eat something you've got to walk.. Search for "shatpavali" and know the rules of it... And everytime after eating food do "vajrasana" let's say about 10 seconds for starters and 5 min for advanced users..
Think about what your eating bad.... Some people tend to have increase in sugar after eating wheat or diary products or products full of 'gluten' check for if you have tendency like that...
You need to eat healthy... Don't fill your stomach full divide your food times....
Add holy basil leafs in everyday use...
I don't know much about your routine so I can't tell more...
