Dear Mr Raju.....
Don't worry....you will live longer...infact remember 'Diabetes is Not END........It is START OF NEW HEALTHY LIFE'
Infact as what anup is telling you will live longer with more healthy lifestyle.
if a diabetic can keep his/her A1C below 6 i salute him/her. Such a good control of diabetes is really commendable. Hats off to them
One thing i would like to say is that we should eat garlic liberally. Solo garlic i.e. single clove garlic is the best to take in any form, fried in home made ghee, in cooking, chutney etc
I know but your maximum is 6 means you were diagnosed early. Usually by the time diabetes is diagnosed the blood sugar readings reach beyond 400 and A1C at least 8 for the majority.
Still i feel for those who take purely veg food would find it very difficult to control diabetes.
I salute you because a1c 5.6 is a non diabetic reading.
And ...see all those people who are supporting to you with positive words...are more or less in same condition a yours...aren't they seeming normal ...go in your neighborhood...you will get diabetics easily...Just embrace your body in whatever condition it is ...accept and forgive it being what it is ...accept diabetes with you...you will start feeling comfortable in some day...its just a matter of some days...emotional tubulance will be over
