Any thing in excess is not good for health .

Well, I manage my health by muscle testing and I have tested numerous times with good coconut oil and my muscles always go weak, so for me, no, it is not good for my health.

We are all different and we each need to decide for ourselves. One man's food is another man's poison and all that.

I don't really think it is. Our physiology maybe different but majority of us eat the same kind of food like . Now in the age of globalization people travel across different parts of the world and taste different kinds of foods.

But still there may be few exceptions like you and that's weird.

Not so weird as there are many of us, as I discovered from having complementary and alternative health treatment; most like me just don't say anything either because they know some others just don't understand or for fear of being ridiculed, but that doesn't bother me, as I know they have the problem not me!

Many good doctors have done research including life-long research on blood group diets. I read all Dr. Peter D'Adamo's books and encyclopaedias and he explains why food needs are different for people of different blood types. I could relate to what he says.
