I am suffering with type 1 diabetes. Insulin dependent i want to leave the insulin injection so what should i do. My age is 21

It's easy to get out of insulin. Start taking Natural diet. Like in morning take fruits, in lunch & dinner ear green leaves with salad.

Reduce amount of cooked food and totally avoid packed and processed foods.

For best results eat only fruits sprouts and raw vegetable for few days.

Check your sugar regularly. If your sugar level is more than 200 take 1or 2 units of insulin.

It sounds like you are T2 on insulin ? A very good friend of mine got OFF his insulin, He was in his 80sT2. Keep active & keep off the Carbs, From someone who has been on 4 injections a day for more than 50years. Good Luck.

How u know u r type1. Did they tested cpeptide or antigad etc?
