Do you count carbs for each meal and snack? Did your doctor say anything about counting carbs?

Random number is OK.Fasting level is slightly higher, but you can reduce it by reducing high glycemic index foods.By eating low glycemic foods you can reduce the numbers.

Hi , you will need to monitor your readings still.

It's fine. Just slash a bit of the carbohydrates from your daily food and walk 30 minutes more. Stop worrying.

Numbers are reasonable but with medicines. You didn't mention which medications you are taking. But with idm you can get rid/lower the amount of medications taken.

A1c is high. You are a diabetic. Treat yourself as a diabetic.

Good luck.

Dear

I need your advice that yesterday I have checked my pp it was 200 by glucometer, and in the whole day I have taken one cup of fruity, and in the dinner half glass of milk without sugar and I was not taking any medicine, just ayurvedic customize syrup( Methi,Alovera,Tulsi, karela, leaf of mango, jamun etc.. in the morning) is it right or should I take alopathy. Please advice.

Dear rvnim533,

I would suggest you to immediately stop taking any kind of soft drink or packaged food as it contains lot of sugar and other harmful additives.

These syrup or any other Ayurvedic medicine will not help unless you are on high carb diet.

Your BS number is too high.

Inorder to avoid any further complications, restric your carb intake to 100gm/day max.

Not what you're looking for?
