How to use Methi seed to reduce blood sugar?

I am Devraj suffering from diabetes for the last 7 years. I am 34 years old. I already started taking medicine. My sugar level is still high.

I heard Methi seed is to be put in water the previous night & drink water & take methi seed will help to reduce sugar. Kindly advice me.

My fasting is110 and after food ( full of carbs) is 200 . Is this ok.

Taking Glynase 2.5 mg morning and night.Metformin causes loose bowels and flatulence.plz advise.
