I am getting continuous yawning every few minutes daily most of the times in the evening that too quite strongly. Is this problem due to diabetes or something else? How can this problem be cured?

Yawning, as far as I know, isn't indicative of diabetes. Why not go for a simple lab test to rule it out?
Get out in the fresh air & walk. Don't sit still. Good luck.
You can go through some of these online. Hope they will help you get a better understanding of underlying causes, if any.

Yes. Can be due to Diabetes. Nonutilisation of glucose renders muscles fatigue. Get your bg checked.
