Type 2 Diabetes and skin rashes

I am 28 years old and taking Geminor m2 1 tab a day and my bs level has been fairly under control from past couple of months with random bs always hangs between 85 to 118. But I am facing problem of skin rashes and itchy skin. What should I do as it's quite irritating?

Use a decent body lotion after a bath, it helps to soothe uneasiness. Avoid synthetic clothing prefer all cotton fabrics. I am practising this habit

Thanks mate.. Your words are motivating. Here in India grains are so intrigued in diet so it becomes so tricky to avoid them though I take it in very moderation. Would you please throw some light on LCHF diet as I have read that it's having possible adverse effect on kidney function.

Don't worry. Your kidney will be favorably affected. Not adversely. I have been grainfree for last 10 months. Only on metformin. Dropped 45 mg pioglitazone - an anti D medicine. Statin free. And lipid profile and other reports quite good. So is sugar control.

aabhi Liver problem could be cause of skin rashes and itching... before getting diagnosed as Full blown diabetic..I also faced same type of problem..

Visited few skin specialists..but always got temporary relief.

After following Low carbs...I never faced this issue.
